Conditional

I need some advise about sports. If somebody could help me, I'll be very glad.
I played tennis for six years but I had to stop one year ago because of my back. If I hadn't stopped playing tennis, I would be in hospital now. What do you think would be a meaningful sport for restarting? I thought about yoga. Maybe if I practise this regularry, it will force my back. Or perhaps it would be better, to go swimming? Please help, thanks...:)

Hi Ladina

If I were you, I'd have a look in the internet. Maybe there are some physical exercises that are good for your back.

Greetings
Sebastian

I think that would be better: ...If somebody could help me, I'd be very gratful.

If I were you and would have a choice, I would try both (swimming and yoga). So you can see what's better for you and maybe for strengten your back you also could do rowing.

Hi Ladina,

If I were you, I would try YOGA. I've taken yoga classes before and it's awesome. It would help you to have a healthier life and probably it would be very good for you to tone your muscles.

Byee!!

Hey!

Yoga sounds really great and it is very healthy too. If I were you I would go swimming twice a week, because it is very good for your back and your muscles. It would also be a great idea if you will visit a sport therapist!

If I had been in your situation, I would have visited my physician to ask for some light exercise regime with a low impact for my back.
